writes: Hello.I have a friend who is 16 years old and she needs help. I've advised her the best way possible but want to get a bigger perspective. What the scenario is that she likes someone who is a 23 year old male and can't get over him. There is nothing going on between them and there never has been. She says she doesn't tend to think about him often when she doesn't see him. When she does see him, she says that she can't help staring at him, trying to get his scent etc. She also gets vivid dreams of him, about once every month or more depending how much she sees him. She does enjoy having these dreams but feels guilty as she has a boyfriend( the boy she likes is not in a relationship with anyone that she knows of). What can she do to stop having feelings for him?Help would be very appreciated. Thanks in advance
