writes:For the past two months i've been talking every now and then to this guy who i know from places, but have never met, but i know he's not a pedo or anything. The past 2 weeks we've been texting loads and i spent 3 hours on the phone to him last weekend. We're fairly close i'd say and the last time he couldn't sleep he sent me a text saying, "i can't sleep but i just wanted to tell you you're gorgeous." I can't sleep and i want to do something like that for him, but this evening he was upset because of some friends, and was a bit off with me, and i don't want to seem really clingy or say i'm here if you ever want to talk cause i've said that already. I just want something that will put a smile on his face without seeming ott, because that's what he does for me. I hate it when i can't cheer someone up even the tiniest bit.Thanks! Any ideas?

I'm not really sure, but does that work for you? Maybe something a bit shorter like "Can't sleep, but the thought of you still makes me smile"?
