 Why not talk about what you want him to do to you, before anything happens. Describe what you want to happen next throughout your love making. Make sure you speak quietly and seductively, using 'porn' words, men like a bit of a minx in a girl!
Also, men get turned on by saying how good they are. Tell him how good he feels inside you etc. Feed his ego a bit, they love that!
That's all I can say really, just say what comes to you. Don't try too hard though, it can be a bit cringing sometimes! Just do what feels comfortable and see what he seems to like to hear.
