 I've heard about some condoms that slow the rate at which you come down, called Durex Performa. Aparently they're thicker than usual condoms so it's not as sensitive when you have sex, making you last longer. Try not to get too hung up about it though because stress effects your performance aswel, just relax! As for the getting hard thing, don't worry about it, when you're in your 50's you'll be wishing it still got hard that fast, trust me!
