I am not trying to forget things or ignore people; it just happens but then people get upset and I get frustrated because I can not help it. How can I remember things? I have written them down before and I still manage to forget. Sometimes I say I will do it later and I write it down but later never comes because I keep forgetting!! What should I do? I do not want to keep letting people down and I get annoyed sometimes with them for wanting me to remember when I can not. Reply to this Question Share |

I use a program called Cozi... at cozi.com it's free online for the version with ads.... i have my appointments and to do lists and shopping lists etc... it has a journal area that I use for notes...
every sunday we get an email for the household with our week's schedule on it.
I can check it from my smart phone, my kindle or my computer...
I have ADHD and I find that having to write EVERYTHING down helps...

Either a phone alarm, computer alarm calendar or a diary. I'm so sad that I have all four of these. But I don't ever forget anything.

Try putting alarms on your phone.
