Basically guys...

My girlfriend and I broke up. I know it's nothing... But I loved her. It really was the best 7 1/2 months of my life... It feels like everything that could make me happy went away with her. Every song I have listend to makes me cry thinking of her. I can't look in a mirror or I just see her there beside me holding my hand or me holding her in my arms. I can't stop thinking about her.

I am not depressed or anything. I am just extremely sad. I know time is what it really takes... Just what should I do so I can get over her?

We broke up because we aren't going to the same school next year so we really wouldn't be able to see each other... She said she still loved me and we both love each other a bunch it's just she said "I can barely go a day without you. How am I supposed to go weeks without seeing your face."

Now I know what you are thinking... She was letting you down easily... But honestly i've heard stuff with her from my BESTfriends and they keep telling me the same things... Soem of my friends are saying that weed and icecream will help... But honestly no amount of food and drugs will overcome the love I feel for her... Just any help...

Thanks guys. Much appreciated and... Thanks for listening... [':

A female reader, anonymous, writes (1 August 2009):

my dear friend i understand what you are facing or undergoing .i feel that it was a very stupid reason to break up you know after school you could meet her .or vice versa .this thing you could explain to her .at this modern age i dont think true love is possible to find.i am a girl and i also have faced such horrible situations .but there is only one hope only if she is not in for someone else you could probably speak to her .as there is no harm in approaching her with some chocolates(although if you think is necessary).if she too really loved you and was trying to forget you she would try to ignore you and stop getting out of her house as usually she would be going out.so be carefull not to get into any sort of argument.be patient and manage things tactfully.agree to what she says.she may show tantrums and throw temper at you but dont forget your goal to convince her.she also may be in distress so try to make her feel that you understand her views and respect her feelings but dont agree for breakup.and remember not to start bugging her too much.

these steps should be tactful .i warn you dont hurt her any more emotionally.keep calm.

and by the way could you please reply to me that did these suggestions of mine help you.

one more thing could we be just friendson the net .you solve my problems and iwill try to solve yours?so if you think you want to do so you could write "signal"before writing any thing so that i understand it is you only.i also wish you luck.

please agree to my request .and i appreciate your truefullness and loyalty and hope there is someone for me too on the earth!
