I am not old enough to buy it. I've tried diet and exercise but its a little too hard for me. My friends and boyfriend tell me I'm not fat and not to starve myself but I feel like i am and thats my only other option. What else can i do to lose weight?

Exercise regularly, lift weights (no you will not huge muscles), eat healthily. The simplest ways are often the best.

Hi
You are not over weight, you are pretty much the exactly the correct weight for your height.
Maybe you just feel a little untoned, eat healthily and maybe the answer is just to excercise and tone up?
Please do not take slimming pills, they can be very unhealthy, most speed up your metabolism by making your heart work harder which can be damaging.
If you are really wanted to try and tone yourself up it would not seem "a little too hard for you" You would just do it.
