What can I do to let him know that I care?

Question - (30 March 2009) 1 Answers - (Newest, 1 April 2009)
A female United States age 30-35, *uesday writes:

Alright, I've been with my man for two years now. We've known each other for a very long time. We never have any big fights, but lately things have been looking down for us. Small things that I know can be fixed with a little effort, which we are both very eager to put into this relationship because we're very happy and in love.

However, I want to do something to just make his world light up. Here is my problem- he is in Arizona until May 30 taking care of his very sick mother. What can I do to let him know that I care, I am here and I will always be here? I want to see his amazing smile again (Obviously I can't see it... But you get the point.)

Do you have any suggestions to what I can do for him? I'm an artist, if that helps. Though sending him anything through the mail is strictly out of the question for some odd reasons. Please help :)

why is sending him anything in the mail 'strictly out of the question?'

makes me wonder if he has anything to hide...
