I'm not selfish I always please her a few times orally first but when we make love and I'm looking at her bam I'm done.my wife is so hot I just can't control it.this is 1 to 3 times a week I have tried stopping then restarting but still only last a few minutes. Its not like we're newly weds I thought by now I would be able to last but my wife can still exite me after all these years maybe isn't such a bad thing.

I used to have the same issue. Kellyxxx's suggestion is probably the best one. Masturbate about an hour before you plan to have sex.. I believe the tv show "Family Guy" said it best: Squeeze out that easy one first! Silly as it sounds, i sometimes find a little alcohol beforehand helps, too. I'm not exactly sure why, but i dated a girl who figured this out about me. If i had a little buzz going, it did wonders for my performance in bed. It actually got to the point where I could tell if she wanted to get laid that night, because she'd take me out and buy me drinks before heading back to her place :p

That's really sweet and your wife must be flattered! You could try having a shower first and masturbating there? Then an hour later you could have sex with your wife? This usually helps most men! X

I recommend seeing your physician and explain the problem. I know that no man wants to admit any short comings in the bedroom, but realize that it is a common problem and that you are not the only man out there with this problem.

It reduces the friction which in turn gives less sensation. 2: wear a condom until your ready to let loose. I don't know about you but I can't feel a damn thing with a condom on. 3: this is probably the best one of all and the one I use when I wanna go for hours. Get some anal ease or the equivalent there of. Anal ease has a numbing agent in it that will block some of your senses. Apply it to the head of your penis and give it about 15 minutes to kick in. Good luck hope it helps!
