 Dont be so selfish in bed! Use oral and foreplay to please her first, get her screaming for you.
Take your time with her, give her more attention.
Sex should be a two way street so dont always have full intercourse. Foreplay can be just as exciting as intercourse so dont think that is the penetration is a must.
