There's actually a drug available on prescription to help with it. I think there may even be more than one. Go to see your doctor, they'll discuss it with you and find something suitable for you.

You can go on the pill. That some times helps, but if you go on it for years and years it does raise your chances of getting cancer so you might want to put off going on it for as long as you can.
Other than that, it's just a case of using super heavy tampax and a sanitary towel underneath.

Unfortunately no. But some girls make an appointment with their doctor, of which results to them being put on the pill which can sometimes make a difference. I advise you see your doctor for aid.
