If some of my instincts do not get satisfied, I get depressed and aloof from others and even start becoming aggressive towards others. I have been like this since childhood. I am 25 now. What do i do about it?

A female reader, anonymous, writes (27 March 2007):

You sound normal. Testerone. I'm sure you've heard of it. there are two ways to deal with it-both being aggressive. One, you could fight, or yell, or rant -you get the point. The second is become physical: run it off, fight it off in a gym (with gloves, etc)- in other words-get in a sport. Running is great-espcially if you're really angry or sexual frustrated. Be HEALTHY about it. Don't hurt anyone-including yourself. You'll feel better. Guaranteed.
