I consider myslef to have a reasonable figure ( I have an average BMI for my height)I'm hygeinic, Intelligent and think myslef to have a pretty good personality (Oh yeah and i'm tall with long brown hair). All of my other friends seem to be able to get the men they want easily but i just don't know how to attract them, Ask anyone i know, (Not that you can 0_O) Sure, i'm feminine but i guess i've also got on better being "just friends" with boys and have never had a boyfriend. If its not too much to ask, i was wondering if i could have some tips on getting the guys i want (Male and Female input gratefuly excepted) thanks guys -x-(You don't think being a "goth" has anything to do with it?!)

reader, anonymous, writes (11 October 2006): Hmm you've got one of the toughest questions there. Point is you cant generalise it. What I mean is you cant attract everyone you may be interested in because it takes two to tango. Some men will not be attracted, others will by you. All I can suggest is that every oportunity you get to make new friends take it. Get your mates to introduce you to theirs, swap numbers, basically widen your circle wherever you can. The more people you know and the more sociable you are the more chance you will have. Oh and be yourself as everyone will find out what you're really like anyway, thats the most important part and its no bad thing lol. There's no magic answer. Just get yourself out there as much as you can.

reader, anonymous, writes (10 October 2006): I'm not gothic at all, but I find punk girls, goth girls, and semi-emo girls very yummy. Then again, I think it's the cold external and possibly passionate internals that I am more attracted to. Physical attraction is always a given - depends on each person of course, what they like, etc. Second but up with physical refinement would be how she holds a conversation, how she acts and reacts, and how feminine she is while still being not too girly, nor whiny, etc.
A hybrid mind is something I find attractive - not restricted by religion, politics, and superstition - well, maybe a little superstition would be okay... 8] As with the usual grooming and hygene, of course, she has to be clean, drug, and disease free - and no, pot isn't a drug - at least, not through my eyes. Non-smoker or light smoker preferred. Like alcohol for the taste of the mix or the drink, and no because she likes to get drunk. I love randomness, as well silliness with a dose of consideration and compassion. Some naivety is nice too.
I guess it's difficult to explain everything because though there are some core matters that I am consistently attracted to, every one of my past attractions were different, but the thing that really gets me is their speech, conversation, and daringness. Metaphorically, roses may be beautiful, but they're also thorny and laced with a 'poison' that keeps you wanting something that always feel just out of reach. Tulips on the other hand are comfortable to look at, has a slight sweet aroma, and easy to hold.
