I won't judge you as I have had termination myself the same as millions of other woman so don't be hard on yourself.
First thing are you sure your pregnant, if so get yourself down to you GP ASAP the sooner the better and ask for a termination. They should be able to get you an appiontment were the nurses treat you very well from experiance. No one will force you into anything, they just want to make sure that this is your decision and yours alone, they are very supportive and nice so please don't be afraid.
I hope you are not dealing with this alone, so maybe you can take a friend/family member with you. I had my termination before 12 weeks period although you might be bit further on, there is no pain just stomach cramp after and although you feel relieved you make sure you never get into the situation again (not trying to preach)everyone is allowed to make mistake.I hope I have helped you dear take care and don't let anyone make you feel guilty as you are doing nothing wrong.
