For example, Is it reasonable to expect him to pay, walk her to her door, meet her in a location that is close to the city she lives in, if distance is involved, call her? And yeah, the rest there are not really any strict rules. The only real rule is no sex on a first date! The rest... negotiate with him and decide between you what you think would be best =]
