tell him what he probably want to hear when having sex, such as how good he is, that he is really hitting the spot(only say that if he is making you feel good though, don't want him to think he is good if he is really crap)
tell him how sexy he is and what parts of his body you really like. once you start talking you wont beable to shut up again.lol
as for the sex posistions look them up on the net. there are so many, it's impossible to tell you them all. as for the oil thing, each to their own i guess. i personally wouldn't like it, the sheets would get ruined! but if you like it then go for it.
