I wish loads more young people would ask b4 they venture down this road.
You have plenty of years ahead to learn about sex legally lol and sometimes expecially at first its not all its cracked up to be lol
I will not give you the wait til marrage as I am 43 and still not married (choice) and yes we all make mistakes but we should learn from them (!!!) some never do but thats a diff post.
Your young go and enjoy yourself keep your head screwed on as reading some of these post its awful what some young girls are doing for the sake of love and you kno what sometimes love has nothing to do with sex.

 i agree with Abacadaba here and hers some proff http://abcnews.go.com/Primetime/LegalCenter/story?id=1693362 this case is extreme but shows that it IS against the law so its not worth it. The boy is in jail now, so you should wait just to be safe

 Your under the age of consent, meaning anything sexually you do is illegal. Simple as that. My advise to you is wait untill your 16, for 2 reasons, 1)If by the time your 16 you still want to do it, then that means your sure. and 2)If hes still around by the time your 16 without pressuring you to do anything then in by books atleast, hes a good guy.
Dont do anything youll regret, else youll regret it :P
