After another hour we did it again unprotected for maybe 20 seconds and then he put on the condom. He had peed after the first time but now is just a day after and I'm really worried. I've been reading conflicting answers about precum and was wondering what are the chances of pregnancy in my situation.

His urine might have killed any sperm cells left... but some might have survived. Plus, on that short unprotected replay he might have expelled more pre-cum with sperm.
You know what? Just start taking birthcontrol pill. It's a very easy thing to do, has lots of advantages AND you can stop getting worried about pregnancy in these situations.

Get the morning after pill for this occasion though to be sure
take care xx

Start learning how to use a condom every time. It will save you headaches and worries, and might save you from an std' or two. Maybe also get on the pill for extra "safety"
You can not get pregnant from the pre-cum (as far as I know) since it is fluid from Cowper's gland and not the testicular (where sperm is made). However, he might not be totally aware at having minor emissions before his ejaculation. It does happen and that contain sperm.
Stop using pull-out method and start using something that actually prevents pregnancy, if you don't want to be pregnant.

It is always good to check it out though. Go on the pill and get the morning after pill.
I think there's a very slim chance but its always best to check things out
