 HEY!!
Chances are she is fine and you wont be expecting a baby :).. Ask her to take a pregnancy test around 2 weeks after conception to make sure :)

 If she took the pill everyday, but on the one day took it later in the day than normal the chances are pretty miniscule that she is pregnant. Plus, it would be very unlikely that she would be experiencing pregnancy symptoms this quickly. I would say the girl just has a bellyache.
