I dont even understand what you mean, you got the condom over the head but not the rest? She should take the morning after pill immedeately! It needs to be taken within 3 days, if you cant get it yourself aks your siblings or parents to get it to her, because I doubt she wants to end up 14 and pregnant.
Next time dont be in such a rush. And talk to her about this, it is her responsibility as well as yours to be protected. All women should know how to put on a condom properly! They actually teached us in school, so she should learn it too.
