This has some intresting ways for women to do it.
Your own method sounds a tad risky, it sounds close to douching. This is largely an american thing where the vagina is washed out. The debate is still going on wether this is a good thing or not. Your vagina contains it owns enviroment of bacteria that are needed to make it healthy, washing it out with tap water from a dirty bottle doesn't exactly sound like a good idea to me.
It also sounds messy. How exactly do you explain that one corner of your bed is soaked? For it to be gushing out long enough just how much gets inside anyway? It is not like the vagina is that large. If you are forcing a significant amount of water in there I would recommend finding another method.
Oh and it is pretty easy for a girl your age to get a vibrator. Toasty just needs to go to the supermarket, buy one of those new safety razors (wet) that are battery powered. THey come in both male and female versions, the male is cheaper and it has a round tube like handle that vibrates. I am sure you can figure out a use for it other then removing unwanted hair. Some toothbrushes also come with vibrating option.
Just remember, if you borrow one from a male relative/friend, they are bound to question why the battery wears down so quickly all of a sudden.

There's always the simple clitoris rubbing or you could finger your vagina or something. You aren't really old enough to buy a vibrator without getting some bizare looks, so that may be a problem.
