 I would say a change in how they look maybe. Are they taking a little more extra effort out of the blue? Changes in routine. Mobile phone activity maybe. Has the relationship slackened at all? The changes should be clear if you relationship is a good one;look carefully. These things can be overlooked when your going about your usual routines and activities day in and day out. Don't front her about anything until you have ABSOLUTE CERTAINITY, and even then still tread carefully. If you have good communication ask her if she is happy where you both are at the moment, get HER to talk. Keep those eyes peeled, but don't let paranioa over take you, that could ruin everything.
