You can do it in the bathroom behind closed doors or in the shower.All of that said KY Jelly can be purchased from many places. You can probably get it at a petrol station, deli or even supermarket. Not at all unusual for a guy to be buying it. Embarassing and nervous I know, but it gets easier!You could use a carrot but then you'd have to get rid of it afterwards which could be hard. It would probably be easier to just buy a dildo that you can hide away somewhere. If that isn't an option that a lubed up finger in the shower is probably the way to go.

 If you don't want to buy anything special to use as lube, it's possible to use anything from vegetable oil (not a lot, and it's kind of messy) to conditioner (smells really nice). Basically if it's safe to eat or put on your body, it'll be ok to put in your body. As for a dildo, you can use something like a cucumber, but the real thing is going to be so much better. Never resort to using a glass bottle though... just in case you were considering, it's just not a good idea

 Any grocery store pharmacy will sell KY, which is probably the most widely used water-based lube. It's also available at the Wal-Mart and Sam's Club stores' pharmacy sections, at least the ones I've been in.
If you can't find it, petroleum jelly such as Vaseline will do in a pinch. But remember, it is NOT water based, so be careful with it. Don't get it near your nose or mouth, because if it gets into your lungs it stays there forever. Probably not an issue in your application, but something to keep in mind in case you should decide to use it in other play in the future.
Dildo? Well, the traditional home remedy for that is a cucumber (or something similar) in a condom. Pick your own size. Be sure to wash it thoroughly with a stiff wire brush first to make sure the skin is as smooth as it can possibly be. You don't want any little "spurs" left on the surface, as they can be uncomfortable in sensitive places.
But don't worry ... sex shops have literally seen it all, and they are never judgmental. Ones that are don't stay in business very long. Lots of guys go in there to buy sex toys to use on their girlfriends, and lots of girlfriends like double penetration. Nobody is going to ask you, or care, what the heck you want with the darned thing.
