 I'll help.
Hair. Straight or curly not too worried so long as it shines. Do not scrape it back from your head (that's for chavs). Two pony tails one each site is cute and sexy, but only save for special occasions (sex and clubbing). Hair should be clean and well conditioned.
Height. Average is fine, petite is even better. Guys will stare at tall girls but for the most part they're out of bounds to us and freak us out.
Hair colour is unimportant so long as it looks natural.

The simple (and true) answer is that all people like different things. Tall, small, short hair, long hair, blonde hair, black hair, no hair... etc!

 My dear I know you asked for MALE advice but let me tell you this. So if lets say 20 men say they like what is the total opposite of you are you going to believe that all men like girls like this? Of course not, its not the case. These sort of questions will yield all sorts of answers, if you ask my close friend "Mr M" he will say he likes girls with their hair down to show off the length, he likes both curls and straight, he prefers petite girls i.e small in stature, and he only likes brunettes. Now if you ask my other friend "Mr J" he likes hair up in a pony, curls, quite tall and blondes! Now can you see that each person is different, just because some men are looking at your mate and not you just may mean that those particular men like taller girls thats all. I am quite tall and most men say they like petitie girls, I have dark brown hair and most of my friends like light brown or blonde hair, Everyone is different and what I find attractive, some dont find attractive. Each perception is different. Just be happy with who you are my dear. Take care. xXx

 Why do you want to know this? Or you planning on turning yourself into what the majority of people's preferences are? Please know that beauty is skin deep, it's in the eye of the beholder and that you are great the way you are!
Everyone is unique in their own way. What attracts someone to another person can be on so many different levels. My flat chested friend is convinced no boys will like her and even apologizes for her lack of bust. Yet some men don't want big boobs. It's a misconception that every man must love long blond hair, big breasts and skinny tall girls. Yes some do, but many don't. Some may fall for a smile. I thought men liked a girl to wear hair up, but my man likes it down. Some men love every shapoe/size/age/ethnicity of woman. Each to their own. Find what you like about yourself. Emphasize your good points to give you a confidence boost as you sound like you're not feeling confident. p.s I am not very tall, had no attention at school as my friends were all so beautiful, and now am happy with the most gorgeous man in the world and he thinks the same about me, so don't worry!
