Im exactly like you. I get like this every day, sometimes its about 3 times a day.. Honestly i know how terrible it is..I just sit and cry, i resort to things which i shouldnt. I only have my bf i could confide in but most of the time he just doesnt understand and makes me worse. Do you have a rout problem, as to why you are like this? For instance i was raped.. and it has messed my head up ever since ( 4 years later )..

 do you not have friends or family that you can confide in??you may think that you have no one who will listen but thats not true!the worst thing you can do wen your feeling like that is be alone - i know you may not be in the mood for company but it is comforting - even if you have someone that will just sit with you. no one is ever alone is situations like this - there are people who will love you and listen to you! if you want to talk about this further than contact me i would be happy to talk to you! smile sweetheart - everyone is the world has someone who loves them - unconditionally xxx
