Whenever we go to the gym she also does everything at the bare minium and always ends up sitting down or just asking can we go home yet and i also do more than her and do things on a higher effort level. But shes lost more weight than me?? Its so fustrating because i do so much more than her in th gym ive started eating healthier and choose to walk places instead of driving etc. I really have tried to turn everything around to lose weight and my sister hasnt yet she loses more weight than me! I cant understand this does anyone know what im doing wrong???

How do you know she's losing more? Do you see what the numbers are when she steps onto the scales? Does she eat the same foods you do? Because you mention that you both extercise the same (actually you do more) but you don't compare your dietary habits. This could be the key. One of the things women are bad about doing is eating an extra helping of their favorite food, or snagging some dessert, because afterall, we are working out, so we'll burn it right off, right?....Wrong. If this is your habit you may be sabotaging your progress. Take a good look at what you're both consuming and you may be able to find the problem. Good luck.

Food. That is the key to weight loss. Exercise only does a little. You have to reduce your food intake. It is the only way.
