Honestly this sounds like teenagers at school and not adults. Don't start playing games, that will not end well. The question is do you like him? If you do then ask him out. If you are not sure what to say then drop him a message and ask him would he like to go for a drink at the weekend or to see a movie?

Welshgirl91 is verified as being by the original poster of the questionThank you for your answer. Since posting my last question this happened. We were out with a few friends watching the rugby and he got a little irritated when another guy started to talk to me. A friend noticed him staring and fidgeting. But when i got back to the table he acted normal again.
A friend even offered to make him jealous to see if he would ask me out at the risk of me liking someone else. (Dont like that idea)
This is getting on my nerves now.
Might give him a week or two then talk to him.
Any advice on how to start it?
