My husband and I are married for 3 months... one day I went through the phone and I saw his email was open and I saw he was still keeping in touch with an ex of his. I confronted him he said they are only friends and I don’t have nothing to worry about… what should I do?

marriage = trust. He married you not her be proud! He's going to talk to other women even ex's and the more willing you are to accept it the more comfortable you will both be.
