He drove six hours to come "rescue" me from a bad situation once and after that, we got close. I lost my virginity to him. Then, we started seeing each other at least 4times a week for about 12hrs each time. He left on a trip and comes back to see me right after leaving the airport, he hugs me for ages and tells me how he missed me. I have the key to his apt. He cooks for me at times...hes always there to help...but, I dont know if he's even my bf. Its never been said. He says he cares for me and after we made love the other day, he said, "I want to get you pregnant." I laughed but he had a serious look on his face. We talked about taking a trip to his home country together.its been 6months. I feel like I love him, I don't know if he loves me. I'm not used to men/relationships, how long might it take to hear him admit feelings if he has them?

Isn't the old saying "Action speaks louder than words." come into effect here?
I would say hold off on the getting pregnant thing for a while, until your relationship has more foundation. If he is still treating you that great, then...

He loves you but he's worried that he'll look silly if he makes mushy protestations of love.
