We still see euch other, go to dinner, he is telling me that he still loves me, but he just want to be firends with me. He wanted to marry me but i was so scared,I did everything to block him out of my life. The thing is I really love him, and would marry him if he only would give us a second chance, but he doesnt believe me, he thinks if i move with him to America i wont be happy, he told me it's better for us to break up for good. He is going to Iraq in 4 weeks for a whole year. I don't know what to do, should i move on, or maybe we still have a chance ofter he is back from Iraq?

If he's going to Iraq then he's going to want to distance himself from you because it means it will hurt him less when he is away.
However, I think this tour could be the way to prove to both of you whether you should be together or not.
Don't try and get back together yet as it will cause heartache when he deploys. But get him to write to you and then you can write back.
Over the 12 months of him being away you will either write and email and phone and he'll see you can't live without each other and will get through anything.... or you will find that you are attracted to others and will meet someone new.
Trust me, I've been to the air base where he will fly to on his way home and there are jewellery shops selling beautiful engagement rings. Iraq makes or breaks couples.
Leave it in the hands of fate and see what happens.
Good Luck!! xx
