My feelings for him are growing but im not sure how he feels for me.He keeps blowing hot and cold and im not sure how he feels.  if you agreed to a casual relationship then that is how he sees you. He doesn't feel the need to answer your calls or text right away because you're not his girlfriend.
If you have feelings for him, the best way to do it is
not tell him just yet. You might scare him and he becomes more distant. You need to play his game.
Act distant and don't be too available. He will see this, and if he ask what's up, then you can tell him how you feel and what you want. But beware, it's hard for guys to take it to the next level. If it was up to them, they would have us be in casual relationships forever. A lot less work for them.
