Were people staring at us because of our age gap or the fact, that we were making out all over the place?

Hi

I am 20 and my boyfriend is 27. And we were out in public the other day and we were getting tons of looks from strangers!

I thought this sort of thing happened with only people in huge age gaps - like 18 and 57 or something. I get the feeling that people were grossed out by our AGR!!

I guess it could also be that they were staring because we were making out all over the place but I think it really has to do with our age gaps! Why do people stare?!?!??!

DrPsych agony auntPeople stare because they are saying...get a room...they don't care about the 7 years between you because unless you look exceptionally young and he looks exceptionally old then they wouldn't know.

I am certain it was the making out. 7 years isn't big at your age. I doubt most of the people around you could tell the age difference.
