Mr.Ed agony auntThis question has been asked about 100 times on here and frankly it's not easy to answer. I could explain that long distance relationships are very complicated and sticky: I won't. I could tell you that your worried about nothing: I won't. I will however tell you; you have a right to be worried. Several occasions that I personally know of it was TOO HARD to keep the flame going. If you haven't gone away to school then you really don't know too much about the fact that YOUR GOING TO CHANGE wether you like it or not. Women mature much faster than men do and alot of times we don't understand that what they may really be saying is I don't see a good way to love you for 4 years while your not here. You may love her with all your heart now but honestly, it would be easier for you to concentrate on your schoolwork if you were single. I think that personally you should make a pact with her that you two are seperated while your in college and that both of you WILL hook up and discuss getting back together at the end of your college. I know this hurts and it's not what you wanted to hear, but if I had made that pact I wouldn't have had so much time wasted on someone I would have never been with after college anyway. Try if you must; where many men have failed (although there are a few success stories) to maintain a serious commitment through college.

Personally; sounds like she doesn't believe that she nor you can keep it together for that long. It's not that she don't love you; it's hard for anyone to see that far into the future; even you.

Good luck

Ed
