Maybe you should encourage him to do the right thing and tell his girlfriend about the two of you so that she can adjust her life accordingly. Why would you want to start a realtionship with someone who you know has a girlfriend? Has he made any move to break up with her? I personally would not get anymore involved with this guy until he is free. There are plenty of single guys out there. Why not save yourself the aggravation of dealing with someone who is not really available to you. Put yourself in the girlfriend's shoes.
