Oooh, tricky situation. Do you think that things will get worked out, or are you on the verge of breaking up? Well, you have two days to sort things out. I'd try to. But since you're still dating, I would at least acknowledge his birthday, because in the case that you two make up afterwords, I'll bet he'll be really hurt that you didn't do or say ANYTHING on his birthday. If you think you'll make up, I would still get him a little something and write him a card... something like, "I know we're pissed off at each other, but I'm still happy that you're alive!" - okay, maybe that's a little morbid but... you get what I'm saying.

Depends. Are you two talking at all? If not, I suggest sorting things out before celebrating. If you two are talking then ask him what he thinks about it and then go from there.
