 The longer you wait, the worse it will be. Tell her as soon as possible. Assuming she is not in the middle of a crisis, or exams, or major work project, tell her asap. Do it in person. The longer you wait, the MORE it is going to hurt her. Be honest, be direct, and be gentle.
Part of being strong enough to have a relationship is being strong enough to end it when it is time to end it.

Just tell her that your feelings have diminished for her and that you wish to break up, its not you fault that you no longer love this poor woman, but be very gentle she obviously loves you still if she is planning to marry you.
