 When you see him, sit with him. Try to get to know him personally, general chit chat. Ask him what he's doing with his life. You could ask someone in the family, or a friend if he likes you. That would be a kick start. Is he on fb? add him as a friend and have a look around his site to see what you have in common. If he has a crush on you, you will be able to tell as he will not be able to be away from you.
