When he's staring at me and I look at him, he either looks away or smiles. It's really uncomfortable for me to do my work while he's staring at me. I get really embarrassed. He never stares at anyone else in the class but me. So, what can I do to make him stop looking at me and making me feel uncomfortable and nervous?p.s when we take notes, i have to look up and i see him just staring at me. he sits right in front of me.when he looks at me, he sometimes shakes his legs like he is having a break down.my friends are starting to notice him acting weird towards me.please help me, i do not want to go through this anymore!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!MOD NOTE: Titled By Poster

You have several options.
1) Just ignore him
2) Talk to him about it .
3) Tell another teacher about this problem and ask them for the advise.
4) Switch places.
Try and see which works.

I think you should start by moving to a different seat. It could be that you are just uncomfortable being right under this teacher's nose. After all, you didn't say that he's done anything other than "staring at me" and "shakes his leg".
Other than you feeling uncomfortable because you feel like he's always staring at you, has he made any inappropriate comments or tried to touch you in any way? Has he done anything to anyone else that you are aware of?
You can speak to your principal or counselor at the school about your concerns also. It could be that maybe he has made someone else feel uncomfortable also and this will allow for them to follow up with appropriate action.
The main thing is for you to be completely truthful! Do not exaggerate one bit. Do not have friends attest to something they are not completely sure of either.
Since this is bothering you enough to write about it, I think you definitely need to seek further advice.
