Anyway, we started talking everytime he was in and he has recently been moved to our Office permanently (we wont be working in the same room), for the first few weeks he came to see me all the time and all of a sudden this week he has just been ignoring me, I don't now if I have upset him or what? How can you tell if a guy is interested in you?

You are just going to have to ask him if you have done something to upset him. Even if he is only a mate or a collegue, this sudden change in behaviour must have been cause by something, so ask him.
There is no way to know if he likes you or not without talking to him.
Do you have a close friend at the office who you could ask to find out if he likes you?
Either that or once you have sorted out this current problem and are back to being close again, you just have to ask him if he wants to go out and do something that you both like doing together.
Good Luck!! xx
