Hi there. Well, you work together on some Sundays, so that's a good start.
Do you work in the same area, where you have to talk to each other as a part of your work duties? If so, that's perfect. If not though, it's not a big deal.
You can talk to each other, any time you happen to see each other really. Anywhere at all.
Whether it's at the bus stop, or at any other time you might see each other on any day. Any time, is good.
You already feel pretty sure she seems to like you because she has looked your way and then smiled, and you smiled back or vice versa. So that's very positive. So there's no doubt as to her interest as you have stated here, is there? Another positive point.
The next time you see each other - bus stop or wherever it is - smile and say "Hi" - and see what she does. She will most likely do the same in return. Anyone would.
Then the ice is broken.
Of course, it also depends on how long your encounters with her are at the bus stop, and if there are others at the bus stop at the same time. So that would change things. However, you can still smile and say hi, because it gets the ball rolling and starts you moving forward.
And once you are smiling to each other and saying hi or hello, it wouldn't be long before you can say something like - "Hi! How's your day been so far?" It's a nice light hearted statement that gets conversation started on a simple and friendly level, without being too deep. It usually has a positive response from anyone.
Try it. It's easier than you think.
