He told me that he does have feelings for me, but it would never be anything else. He's using you, and you're never going to be his girlfriend. Why would he bother, when he knows he can play with you without bothering to break up with his steady girl? I'm sure you're better than just a booty call. Find somebody who's actually willing to put some effort into your relationship. Good luck, dear.
