i have Been hopelessly in love with my best friend for the past 3 years and im stuck. about 3 months ago i found out from a friend of his that he had felt the same about me and we were both afraid to tell eachother and he ended up dating ths girl and has been dating her for the past 4 months and i told him how i felt just the other day and he pretty much told me he loves me but that i was to late and he chose her...

im stuck and i dont no what to do i love him so much its hard to let go. should i wait for him. or in any other way can anyone help me with this...

I would suggest getting out there and finding someone new yourself. Whether your heart is in it or not, you need to break free of the helplessness you're feeling right now.

The worst that can happen is that you and him drift apart but you might actually find that he realises what he's lost and breaks up with this new girl to be with you. OR... you might find yourself in a happy relationship and get over him that way
