First of all there are hundreds and hundreds of men and women who want to be porn starts. You'd think that because it's porn it would be easy to get into, but it's not. Also be prepared for her to get in and you to not make it.I've heard that it's easier for women to get into the business than men. Mostly because they have men lining up around the block to get into the business.You'd need something special that makes you stand out from the other guys, like an exceptionally large penis and the ability to have sex for hours on end without finishing.Also try to find a reputable company to audition for, if you don't you may find that all you're doing is giving sex away to a stranger for free without ever really having an opportunity to make a film.
