Unfortunately Turkey is not in the EU so if they say no then he's stuck.
If they said his paperwork was in Turkish then you could try resubmitting it in English. But at the end or it all, if he is not allowed to live in the UK, then you'll have to move somewhere else, or split up.
Good Luck!! xx

the short answer.
Its not going to happen.
not what you want to hear i'm sure. a close family friend IS English. her husband is Turkish. Wealthy too.
he has been denied a visa for..close ot 15 years now. now bare in mind they were married... ie : the Turkish man was married to a fully British citizen.
i can but only assume you have dual citizenship to live here in the UK. as for your bf.. there is not really alot that can be done.
For some reason this country lets in Every freeloader on the planet but turks.
Not what you want to hear. but its how it is.
you can try speaking to an immigration lawyer however they will charge around £3,000+ and thats still no garentee that you will be accepted... and they will basicly do the paper which you've already done.
if your bf can stay in the USA.. honestly.. its either there or Turkey.
