But now when she texts me she says 'hi hun' and I call her 'babe' now! And now I think she likes me a bit like I do with her. She said she was seeing someone and asked who I fanced. I said a girl from school. When we finished texting each other she said 'bye babes'. So does she like me or what? She is confusing me. I also want to go out with her so can anyone tell me how I should go about that without looking stupid?

It likely means she's very comfortable with you & considers you a very good friend. Give this relationship some space and time and continue on and just appreciate the fun conversations you have interacting with her. Keep it all in perspective. I am a strong believer in getting to know a person as a friend before dating them, anyways. Right now, she has told you she is dating someone and that is a clear indicator-she's unavailable. One never knows though-if this relationship doesn't pan out then you can make your move. Until then, just keep being her friend and don't read much into this. Good luck

Hey hun...do I love you? Just teasing..smile. Honestly...people talk like that daily to people they are close to and who they care about. It does not mean that she likes you in the way that you like her. How about this..you just organise to meet her for a drink or ice cream or something and decide from there by her body language or the way she is with you..the worst you can get is friendship..smile. Holding on to this uncertainty is not healthy...it will drive you crazy. Just know and be settled. Good Luck..ana

hi
most girls in text messages say "hun" and "babes" to people they think are close friends it does actually mean that she loves you, but it might especially if she flirts with you in the texts. if you want to go out with her you will have to do more than just text, ask if you can met up with her, and take it slow you could scare her off, and make a fool of yourself.
good luck!!
