I met a guy on holiday once and became involved with him deeply...recently he started seeing someone else...it was very difficult and still is....I caught myself crying last night actually. The best advice I can give you is try not to focus on it even though I know that is very difficult...learn what life is like without her...wake up everyone morning and remind yourself to breath...eventually you don't have to remind yourself and you learn to cope...hopefully you'll be able to move on, but just give it time for now.
