reader, anonymous, writes (24 November 2012): If this girl is an adult, I'm sure she can make her own mind up about her own life. Is there a religious difference between you both, or any other obvious reason why her mother would disapprove of you being with her daughter? Or why the girl herself may have second thoughts about being with you?
