I think she likes me, and I definitely like her. We're friends on Facebook and have exchanged numbers. What should I do?

you should enjoy the week you see each other... you should be just friends however...
at your age a long distance relationship is nearly impossible...
be friends... talk on the phone, text, facebook together...
don't get all jealous and possessive of each other...

Going by your age this would make it more difficult I would reckon.
My advice is to take it very slowly, don't rush it, meet eachother when you can and maybe later down the road it will be easier for you to come together.
Be friends for now, and build on what you already have. Become best friends. Do tell her you like her and care about her and that you hope someday both of you can be together.
The best relationships come from friendships and its true. You are young so you have plenty of time to get to know eachother.
Good Luck.x
