Its not just intercourse its when he performs oral on me aswell. He tries really hard to pleasure me, and infact the sex with him is way better than any of my previous boyfriends. We've been together for over 5 years and have even tried various sex toys to try and help, but nothing has worked, can anyone suggest anything that might help

I'm not sure if this is exactly advice, it's more of an observation. Do you think that maybe you've become so focused on having an orgasm that you're concentrating on it too much? I'd say it might be worth a try to stop worrying about whether you come or not and just enjoy the nice pre orgasm feelings. Maybe relaxing will help you let go just a little bit more so that you can come.
