We seem to havea real rapport and interest in each other, tho' we have a way to go.I like this person a great deal and it is important to me to be open and honest with her. there is clearly a considerable difference in our respective financial positions...hers being advantageous. How can i best raise this issue which is causing me considerable anxiety, whilst best allaying any doubts about my motives and intentions ?

Has she expressed doubts? If she has not expressed doubts why would it cause you anxiety?
Honesty is best...Always. (except when she asks if something makes her butt look fat...then the answer IS ALWAYS NO..you look amazing. not fine...not ok. Amazing)
